The Northeast Michigan Council of Governments (NEMCOG) is completing a Joint Land Use Study (JLUS) for Camp Grayling and Alpena's Combat Readiness Training Center. As part of the JLUS project, the team is surveying community residents about issues, concerns, and benefits related to Camp Grayling’s impact on surrounding communities.
